Do you accept insurance?
If you’re in Canada and have insurance that covers nutrition counseling, you may be able to apply part of the cost. Reach out to me directly and we’ll see what’s possible.
What if I live outside Canada or the US?

Will I get supplement recommendations?

Do you have a refund policy?

Do I have to give up my favourite foods?
