Nutrition does not exist separately from the rest of your life. Sleep, stress, movement, hydration and daily routines can all influence how you feel. Your plan may therefore include supportive lifestyle recommendations alongside your nutrition guidance.
Targeted Supplement Recommendations
Supplements may be recommended when they are appropriate for your individual needs. The focus is on thoughtful, targeted support—not asking you to purchase a long list of products without a clear reason.
30-Minute Follow-Up Session
Your follow-up session gives us an opportunity to review your experience after beginning your personalized recommendations. Your plan is not meant to remain static if something is not working for you. The follow-up allows us to refine the approach based on your response and real-life experience.
Weekly Progress Check-Ins
Regular check-ins help you stay connected to your goals between appointments. You will have an opportunity to share your progress, questions, challenges and observations throughout the package. These check-ins can help identify patterns and make the process feel more manageable.

Do I Need to Have a Specific Health Condition to Book?
No. The Foundational Reset can support people experiencing general concerns such as low energy, digestive discomfort, inconsistent eating or confusion about nutrition.
You can also book if you feel relatively well but want personalized guidance to strengthen your current habits.
Is This Package Only for Gut Health?
No. Gut health can be an important part of the conversation, but the Foundational Reset takes a broader look at your nutrition, lifestyle, energy, stress, sleep and overall wellness goals.
Clients with more complex or persistent digestive symptoms may eventually benefit from a specialized gut health program or functional testing.
Will I Be Put on a Restrictive Diet?
The goal is not to remove as many foods as possible.
Recommendations are personalized and will depend on your needs. Rachel focuses on practical, sustainable nutrition and avoids unnecessary restrictions wherever possible.
Is a Meal Plan Included?
A custom meal plan is not included in the base package.
You will receive personalized nutrition guidance, meal-building strategies and recommendations. A seven-day custom meal plan can be added for $150 when you would like more structure.
Do I Have to Take Supplements?
No. Supplements are only recommended when Rachel believes they may provide appropriate support.
You are always encouraged to ask questions, understand why something is being suggested and discuss supplements with your physician or pharmacist when necessary.
Is Functional Lab Testing Required?
No. Functional testing is optional and is not required to complete the Foundational Reset.
It may be discussed when additional information could help further personalize your care.
Can I Continue Working With Rachel After the Package?
Yes. You can book an additional follow-up session or enrol in the monthly Ongoing Care Plan for continued guidance, messaging and accountability.
Does Holistic Nutrition Coaching Replace Medical Care?
No. Holistic nutrition coaching is intended to provide education and wellness support. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and should not replace care from your physician or another regulated healthcare professional.
Seek prompt medical attention for severe, persistent or concerning symptoms.

Step 1: Complete Your Intake Forms
You will provide information about your health history, current concerns, nutrition, routines and goals through the Practice Better portal.
Step 2: Attend Your Initial Consultation
During your 60-minute private consultation, I will listen to your concerns, ask questions and help identify your initial priorities.
Step 3: Receive Your Personalized Recommendations
You will receive practical nutrition, lifestyle and supplement guidance based on your consultation.
Step 4: Begin Implementing Your Plan
Start with manageable recommendations and use your weekly check-ins and portal messaging whenever you need support.
Step 5: Review and Refine
During your 30-minute follow-up, you and Rachel will discuss your progress, address obstacles and determine your next steps.
