Hi, I’m Rachel, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner specializing in gut health, and a mom to two beautiful girls. My journey into holistic living began with a deep desire to feel my best while juggling the demands of motherhood, work, and life.
For over a decade, I was an elementary teacher, guiding young minds while also coaching fitness and nutrition on the side. But everything shifted after having my first child. Like so many moms, I experienced exhaustion, overwhelm, and the nagging sense that something wasn’t quite right. I started questioning my own health habits, energy levels, and overall well-being—and I knew I needed answers.
So, I went back to school to study Holistic Nutrition while balancing full-time teaching, raising my family, and prioritizing my health. It was challenging, but it also ignited my passion for helping others.
Through my own experiences and education, I’ve learned that true health goes beyond quick fixes or surface-level solutions. It’s about identifying the root causes of our health struggles—especially when it comes to our gut. A healthy gut is the foundation of your overall well-being: your energy, mood, digestion, immune system, and even your hormones are all connected to it.
My approach is simple, realistic, and tailored to you. I consider your unique needs, lifestyle, and environment to help you feel balanced, nourished, and vibrant—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re a busy mom, a professional, or someone who’s just tired of feeling “off,” I’m here to teach, coach, and support you every step of the way.
