Can pregnant or postpartum moms join?
Not for the group program, because we use herbs that can have contraindications. BUT—you can still reach out for 1:1 support where we can customize a safe, targeted plan for you
Is this only for moms?
The Bloat Fix Method was designed for busy moms —because that’s the stage of life I know best. Do you accept insurance?

You can still join! We’ll use a separate company to ship your GI-MAP testing, and I’ll find alternative supplement options based on your location.
Will I need to take supplements?
Supplements are recommended only if needed and based on your results. The goal is to use them strategically — not to overload you — and often reduce them over time as your gut improves.
Do you have a refund policy?
Because you get instant access to materials, calls, and my direct coaching, there are no refunds once we start. That said—if you are showing up to calls, putting in the work, and not seeing results, I will continue coaching you for another 90 days at no extra cost.
Do I have to give up my favourite foods?
